
Brad assists organizations in identifying key business drivers needed to achieve their mission and the behaviors required to positively affect the drivers. Using an appreciative approach, Brad works with clients to allow these behaviors to emerge and impact the desired business outcomes. Often this involves working with individuals, teams, performance measures, strategy, goal setting, organizational values, and/or business systems. He believes people are the key factor in the success of any organization.
During his career, Brad has worked in public accounting, a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, and a family-owned business. Understanding and working with the dynamics present in family and owner managed businesses is a key part of Brad's work experience. Additionally, his experience includes auditing, systems implementation, financial reporting, quality assurance, operations management, human resource administration, and senior level management. Brad is also a CPA and serves on the Board of the Cleveland Mediation Center.
Education and life long learning continue to form the foundation of Brad's approach to life and his work with clients. Brad has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting, and most recently a Masters degree in Organization Development, all from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio. He frequently attends seminars and forums featuring the latest discoveries from research on human behavior and organizational performance.
