Like the half day session, it provides a valuable introduction to the key elements of managing and leading people in times of dynamic change, but goes further, providing participants comprehensive hands-on experience with both personal leadership requirements and organizational leadership requirements such as re-making bureaucracy, understanding and harnessing “resistance,” modifying reward systems, etc. that drive successful organizational change. This program introduces a Three Dimensional Model for Sustainable Change. Participants apply the model for leading change in their organizations, identify their own organization’s likely readiness for change and begin the strategic thinking necessary for developing concrete change road maps based upon the model.
